Koon yew yin investment!
Koon Yew Yin, 83, is hardly known in the Singapore investment community but in Malaysia, where he lives, he is well-recognised as an investor and philanthropist. In his younger days, he founded three Bursa Malaysia-listed construction firms: Gamuda, Mudajaya Group and IJM Corporation.
Since retiring in 1983, he has been writing about public issues affecting Malaysia.
